Refunds Policy


Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which School Colors receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.


Cancellation policy

  • An order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the date & time of order.
  • You will not be allowed to cancel part of the order.
  • You will be allowed to cancel the full order only.
  • You will have to send us an email on support@schoolcolors.in with reasons for the cancellation or WhatsApp to 9500066907.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email.


Return & Exchange of Items:
Customers are entitled to return the items within 7 days from the delivery date in case of the following conditions.


Damaged item/ Defective item / Wrong item
Partial order: If one or more items on the entire order is damaged/ defective/ wrong
Entire Order: If the entire items on the order are damaged/ defective/ wrong


What item qualifies as damaged/ defective/ wrong?

  • Item has visible cut / tear / stain / dirt
  • Items arrived with missing accessories like buttons, hooks, zipper, label.
  • Items arrived in a different size than what was ordered.
  • Item does not match product description.

Conditions for return:
Customer shall send a return request to the email id or WhatsApp number mentioned in the website.

  • Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request and if the request is genuine, we will arrange for pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, the customer will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final.
  • Products shall be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels.
  • The replacement of items shall be initiated only after receiving of the items that eligible for return at our end.
